Exclusive Use – Garn Isaf 11+

Garn Isaf can also be booked as a whole property as Garn Isaf Guesthouse Exclusive Use  for up to 11 people. If you decide to take this option for either a long or a short break (as detailed below) you will get exclusive access to all areas of the property including Garn Isaf’s great kitchen*, we will also pre-stock the kitchen with some continental style breakfast items for your stay upon your day of arrival. So all the benefits of a self catering property with breakfast items included for the duration of your stay.

Beautiful and spacious large self catering cottage, sleeps 11+ people in 4 ensuite bedrooms. A converted listed 2 barn, that combines modern and contemporary with use of traditional materials, oak floors up stairs and tiled underfloor heating downstairs. A great place for family or friends get togethers, within 5 minutes walk to Abercastle beach and Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, in the heart of Pembrokeshire. In close proximity to St Davids, less than 10 miles away. Relax in the lounge, which opens out onto a patio area and 2 lawn areas, to enjoy all fresco dining on the picnic tables or BBQ some local catch of crab and lobster and enjoy the fantastic sun sets and clear star studded skies we often experience . Or enjoy the butterflies that visit our flower beds & count the different birds that also call it home. Or in the mild winter months enjoy the wood burning stove. Or relax watching a movie together.

Our dining room has a huge table to enjoy meals together or a place to play board games. The kitchen is a commercial kitchen, huge amount of fridge and freezer space, cooker has 8 ring gas hob, a separate grill and 2 ovens. A keen cook’s ideal kitchen. Separate laundry room with washing machines and timber dryers.

There are 4 ensuite bedrooms, all with a settee and TV/DVD player. Sleeps 11+ people, one bedroom is on the ground floor that as well as having a separate shower has a rolled top bath to relax in. Garn Isaf is a small holding and is off the courtyard, surrounded by fields, plenty of car parking space, wifi and is dog friendly**.

Larger group? Why not also book out Y Garn self catering cottage, just across the courtyard, that sleeps up to 7 people and there’s still plenty of space for you all to gather and enjoy meals together in the dining room.

Into or want to enjoy the coastline by water, we have if not already been used, use of boogie boards and some sit on kayaks. All used at your own risk, we do not take any responsibility of you if you want to use them.
